Role Overview

As a member of the Legal Team, you will work across a broad scope of real estate legal matters, including drafting and reviewing property-related agreements and supporting conveyancing transactions. You will help ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks throughout each property deal, working closely with management, investors, financial institutions, public authorities, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• ✓Draft and review contracts, reservation agreements, tenancy and lease agreements, and other property documentation.
• ✓Support and manage conveyancing transactions from initiation through completion.
• ✓Liaise with investors, banks, government authorities, tenants, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• ✓Submit required documentation through relevant government portals and systems.
• ✓Manage legal correspondence, courier coordination, and organized physical and digital filing systems.
• ✓Collaborate with internal departments to align transactions with company policies, procedures, and objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• ✓LLB in Law.
• ✓3–5 years of relevant experience in property law and conveyancing.
• ✓Familiarity with Cypriot property law, real estate transactions, leasing frameworks, and upcoming tenancy law.
• ✓Familiarity with KYC/KYI and due diligence procedures.
• ✓Experience drafting and reviewing legal contracts and property-related agreements.
• ✓Proven employment history in similar roles.
• ✓Strong Greek is a priority; good English is required as a secondary language.
• ✓Attention to detail, professional integrity, strong organization, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
