Role Overview

Ark Noah's Holdings is recruiting a Personal Assistant for our Limassol offices. You will work closely with business managers and team leaders, coordinate communication with directors, clients, staff, and suppliers, and help keep executive schedules and office operations running smoothly in a fast-paced real estate, development, and asset management environment. Discretion, anticipation, accuracy, and calm judgment are central to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clear and professional written and verbal communication with directors, clients, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, deadlines, and daily schedules for executives and business managers.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems and support reliable day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle sensitive executive information, correspondence, and confidential dealings with discretion and professional integrity.
  • Use office software, virtual meeting tools, cloud platforms, social media, and project management systems efficiently.
  • Adapt smoothly to changing priorities, unexpected events, and demanding business schedules.
  • Anticipate potential scheduling and operational challenges, propose solutions, and prepare agendas or action plans.
  • Build positive working relationships across diverse personalities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

  • Relevant higher education degree.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; Greek language knowledge is an advantage.
  • 6–7 years of relevant experience in personal assistance, executive assistance, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with Cypriot property law, real estate transactions, leasing frameworks, or upcoming tenancy law is an advantage.
  • Proven employment history in similar roles.
