Role Overview

Ark Noah's Holdings is recruiting a Brand, Marketing & Communications Manager for our Limassol office. You will ensure that the company and its real estate projects are presented professionally, consistently, and attractively across public-facing and internal marketing channels. The role combines brand ownership, marketing communication, campaign coordination, content, supplier management, social media, visual production, and event preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• ✓Maintain and develop consistent brand identity across websites, social media, brochures, presentations, advertising, and exhibitions.
• ✓Translate approved company strategy, project information, and commercial goals into clear, premium marketing communication.
• ✓Create and coordinate advertising copy, campaign concepts, social media content, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
• ✓Coordinate graphic design, printing, photography, video, drone, 3D visualization, and 360° tour suppliers from brief to final delivery.
• ✓Manage the content calendar and coordinate approved posts, stories, reels, campaigns, and company announcements.
• ✓Coordinate expo and event preparation, including booth branding, printed materials, presentations, deadlines, and supplier deliverables.
• ✓Support sales and business development teams with accurate, commercially useful, and on-brand materials.
• ✓Track deadlines, revisions, approvals, file delivery, and campaign contractor reports while maintaining high quality control.

Candidate Requirements

• ✓Relevant degree or professional training in marketing, communications, branding, design, media, or a related field.
• ✓Proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, content, advertising, or a similar role.
• ✓Strong written and spoken English; Greek or Russian language knowledge is an advantage.
• ✓Strong understanding of brand consistency, copywriting, social media, digital and printed marketing materials.
• ✓Experience coordinating designers, printers, media producers, advertising agencies, and other external suppliers.
• ✓Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, deadline management, and quality-control skills.
• ✓Commercial awareness and the discipline to use approved facts without inventing prices, legal claims, technical specifications, or investment promises.
