We send the price list, floor plans and the list of available apartments. Viewing on site in Limassol or by video call.
A reservation payment secures the apartment and its price for you while the contract is prepared.
Your lawyer reviews the contract. After signing, it is registered with the Cyprus authorities; our team handles this.
The balance is paid in interest-free instalments tied to the readiness of the building. The schedule is in each project's price list.
After the building is delivered you accept the apartment and receive the keys. The title deed is transferred to your name once the deeds for the building are issued.
Apartments in our projects sell from €245,000. The price depends on the district, floor, size and construction stage. Current prices for each apartment are in the price list we send on request.
A reservation fixes the apartment, then the contract is signed, and the balance is paid in interest-free instalments by construction stage until the keys are handed over. The schedule for each project is in its price list.
Projects on sale are delivered in 2026–2029; each project page shows its own date. Four buildings, more than 250 apartments, have already been handed over to their owners.
